Terms & Conditions
The contract between you and redlight.doctor s.r.o. — how an order is formed, what it costs, how it is delivered, and every right you keep afterwards.
Last updated — 2026-07-28
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern the contract between the seller redlight.doctor s.r.o., IČO 21247129, registered office Na Příkopě 988/31, Staré Město, 110 00 Prague 1, Czech Republic (the "Seller"), and the buyer purchasing in the online store at redlight.doctor.
The relationship is governed by the law of the Czech Republic, in particular Act No. 89/2012 Coll. (the Civil Code) and Act No. 634/1992 Coll. (the Consumer Protection Act).
2. Contract formation and order steps
You create an order by adding goods to the cart, entering your details, choosing shipping and payment, and submitting the order using the button marked "order with an obligation to pay". Before submitting you can review and correct every detail you have entered.
The contract is concluded when we send you an order confirmation by e-mail.
3. Prices
Prices are shown per item and are final. The Seller is not a VAT payer; VAT is not added to the prices shown.
Shipping costs are added according to the method you choose. The total price including shipping is always displayed before you submit the order — there are no charges added afterwards.
Discounts and reference prices: wherever a discount is shown — "was/now", "−20%", "save X" — the reduced price is always stated against the lowest price at which we offered those goods in the preceding 30 days, in accordance with the EU Omnibus Directive.
4. Payment methods
Payment can be made by card through Shopify Payments. Where offered, Klarna (pay later or instalments) is provided by Klarna and is subject to Klarna's own terms and approval process; availability may vary by country and by order. We make no representations about Klarna beyond what Klarna itself states.
5. Delivery
We deliver through the carrier DPD. Shipping is free on orders over €150; otherwise it is charged at the rates shown at checkout. Delivery times are stated on the product page and repeated in your order confirmation.
6. Your statutory right to withdraw within 14 days
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods (§ 1829 of the Civil Code). Notify us before the period ends — use the model form below, or any other unambiguous statement, sent to info@redlight.doctor.
After withdrawal we refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs up to the cheapest delivery method we offered, within 14 days. We bear the cost of returning the goods — see Returns & Warranty. Return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after withdrawing.
Model withdrawal form — complete and send this only if you wish to withdraw:

This contractual period applies in addition to your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, not instead of it, and does not limit that right in any way.
8. Liability for defects and warranty
The Seller is liable to consumers for defects under § 2161 et seq. of the Civil Code. The statutory period for exercising defect rights is 2 years from receipt of the goods.
We additionally provide a 2-year commercial quality guarantee. We state plainly that this commercial guarantee runs concurrently with the 2-year statutory liability for defects — we do not present it as a benefit beyond what the law already gives you. Detailed conditions are in Returns & Warranty.
9. Complaints procedure
- Submit a complaint to info@redlight.doctor with a description of the defect and your order number.
- We confirm receipt, and decide on the complaint without undue delay — for consumers within 30 days — unless we agree otherwise with you.
- If the complaint is justified you are entitled to have the defect removed by repair or replacement, to a reasonable discount, or to withdraw from the contract, as provided by law.
- We issue you a written confirmation of how the complaint was handled.
10. Out-of-court dispute resolution
The body competent for the out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce, ČOI), Štěpánská 44, 110 00 Prague 1, www.coi.cz.
As a consumer you may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction

Disputes are resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
